N4602-VB is a high-performance dual NP-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(3x2)-B package designed for low-voltage applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is ±20V, which enables reliable operation in a variety of power management and switching circuits. The gate-source voltage (VGS) range of the device is ±8V, ensuring stability under different operating conditions.
