Product Introduction – MI4405-VB

MI4405-VB is a high-performance single P-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for low voltage and negative voltage applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is **-30V**, which can withstand higher negative voltages, while the gate-source voltage (VGS) supports ±20V operation. Its turn-on voltage (Vth) is **-1.7V**, which can be efficiently turned on at a lower gate voltage. At gate voltages of **4.5V** and **10V**, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of this MOSFET is **56mΩ** and **33mΩ**, respectively, showing excellent conductivity and low energy loss, suitable for a variety of efficient power management and load switching applications. MI4405-VB uses Trench technology to further improve its conduction performance and reliability, and is widely used in consumer electronics and industrial equipment.
