MC2425-VB is a high-efficiency dual N+P channel MOSFET, which adopts DFN6(2X2)-B package and is designed for bipolar power management and switching applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of ±30V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) range of ±20V, and a low threshold voltage (Vth), which is 1.6V (N channel) and -1.7V (P channel). The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of MC2425-VB is 24mΩ for N channel and 40mΩ for P channel at VGS=4.5V; at VGS=10V, it is 18mΩ for N channel and 32mΩ for P channel. The maximum drain current (ID) can reach ±7A, and the advanced trench technology is used to ensure its excellent performance in switching efficiency and power management, which is suitable for a variety of power management and signal switching applications.
