K3060-VB is a high-performance single N-channel power MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for applications requiring high current and low on-resistance. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is 60V, which is suitable for switching and power management applications in medium voltage environments. The device has a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V and can turn on quickly at a lower gate voltage, providing excellent switching performance.
