K1958-VB is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET in a small SC70-3 package, specially designed for applications requiring high efficiency and small size. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) can reach 20V, which is suitable for low-voltage power management and switching applications. The threshold voltage (Vth) of the device ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V, ensuring efficient operation under low-voltage driving conditions.
The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of K1958-VB performs well at different gate voltages: 48mΩ at VGS of 2.5V, 40mΩ at 4.5V, and as low as 36mΩ at 10V, supporting a drain current (ID) of up to 4A.
