J469-VB is a high-efficiency P-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for low voltage applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is -30V, suitable for negative voltage operation. The gate-source voltage (VGS) can reach ±20V, and the threshold voltage (Vth) is -1.7V, ensuring stable operation at lower drive voltages. With Trench technology, J469-VB provides low on-resistance (RDS(ON) = 56mΩ @ VGS=4.5V and 33mΩ @ VGS=10V), performs well under high current conditions, and is very suitable for a variety of power management and switching circuit applications.
