J172-VB is a high-performance P-channel MOSFET with -60V VDS and ±20V VGS in TO220 package. The device adopts Trench technology, has excellent switching characteristics and low on-resistance (RDS(ON) is 74mΩ@VGS=4.5V and 62mΩ@VGS=10V), which is very suitable for medium and high power applications and can perform well in high-efficiency power management and switching applications.
