IRLML9303TR-VB is a high-performance single P-channel MOSFET in a compact SOT23-3 package for medium voltage applications. The MOSFET supports a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of -30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, with a gate threshold voltage (Vth) of -1.7V.
