IRF7811AVTR-VB is a high-performance N-channel power MOSFET packaged in SOP8. This MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a low threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V, which allows it to be turned on at a lower gate voltage. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of IRF7811AVTR-VB is 11mΩ@VGS=4.5V and 8mΩ@VGS=10V, and the maximum drain current (ID) is 13A.
