**IRF2903Z-VB** is an N-channel MOSFET in a TO220 package with excellent conduction performance and high current handling capability. Its on-resistance (R_DS(ON)) is 2.2mΩ at V_GS = 4.5V and as low as 1mΩ at V_GS = 10V, showing extremely low conduction losses.
