HY3210P-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package with excellent on-resistance and current handling capability. The device has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 100V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage (Vth) of 2.5V. HY3210P-VB uses advanced trench technology to provide an on-resistance as low as 9mΩ at a VGS of 10V and can handle currents up to 100A. This MOSFET is designed for high-efficiency switching and high-current applications.
