HM4264-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

**HM4264-VB** is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET with a package type of SOP8. It is designed to handle drain-source voltages (VDS) up to 60V and supports a maximum gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V.
