HFP830-VB is a high voltage single N-channel MOSFET packaged in TO220. This MOSFET is designed for high voltage switching applications, supports drain-source voltage (VDS) up to 600V, and can withstand gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±30V. Its turn-on voltage (Vth) is 3.5V, and it uses Planar technology to provide an on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 1070mΩ @ VGS=4.5V and 780mΩ @ VGS=10V. The maximum drain current (ID) is 8A.
