HAT2024RJ-VB is a dual-N+N-Channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for medium voltage applications. The device has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V. In two N-channel MOSFETs, the threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.7V. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of each channel is 26mΩ @ VGS=4.5V and 22mΩ @ VGS=10V respectively. The maximum drain current (ID) is 6.8A (one channel) and 6.0A (the other channel).
