FQP9P25-VB is a high voltage P-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for high voltage and medium current applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (V_DS) is -250V, the maximum gate-source voltage (V_GS) is ±20V, and the threshold voltage (V_th) is -2V. When the gate-source voltage (V_GS) is 10V, the on-resistance (R_DS(ON)) is 1000mΩ; when V_GS is 4.5V, it is 1200mΩ. The maximum drain current (I_D) is -7A. FQP9P25-VB adopts Trench technology, has low on-resistance and excellent switching performance, and is suitable for high voltage switching applications and load control.
