FQP70N06C-VB is a high-performance N-channel power MOSFET in a TO-220 package. This MOSFET is designed to handle drain-source breakdown voltages (VDS) up to 60V, making it suitable for a variety of low to medium voltage applications. It has a gate-source voltage (VGS) range of ±20V and a turn-on voltage (Vth) of 1.7V, ensuring that it can be turned on well even at low gate-source voltages.
