**FQP4N90C-VB** is a high-voltage N-Channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for high-voltage applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is as high as 900V, the gate-source voltage (VGS) can reach a maximum of ±30V, and the threshold voltage (Vth) is 3.5V. Under the condition of VGS = 10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 1500mΩ and the maximum leakage current (ID) is 5A. FQP4N90C-VB adopts super junction (SJ) multi-epitaxial (Multi-EPI) technology, which has the characteristics of low loss and high efficiency, and is very suitable for use in high-voltage power supplies and other high-voltage circuits.
