FDS6676-NL-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

FDS6676-NL-VB is a low voltage single channel N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package. The main features of the device include 30V drain-source voltage (VDS), ±20V gate-source voltage (VGS) and 1.7V threshold voltage (Vth). It has an extremely low on-resistance (RDS(ON)), which is 5mΩ at VGS of 4.5V and only 4mΩ at VGS of 10V, and can support a continuous drain current (ID) of up to 18A. The device uses Trench technology, providing excellent switching performance and low losses, making it an ideal choice for high-efficiency applications.
