FDS6575-VB is a high-efficiency P-type MOSFET in SOP8 package, suitable for applications requiring high switching performance and low power loss. This MOSFET uses Trench technology to ensure excellent switching characteristics and low on-resistance. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is -20V, and the gate-source voltage (VGS) range is ±20V, which is suitable for negative voltage environments. The gate threshold voltage (Vth) of FDS6575-VB is -0.6V, enabling it to start at a lower gate voltage. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 21mΩ at VGS=2.5V and drops to 15mΩ at VGS=4.5V, providing excellent conduction performance. This MOSFET supports a maximum drain current (ID) of -13A, making it an excellent performer in high current applications.
