FDMS8670-VB is a single-channel N-type MOSFET in a DFN8 (5x6) package with a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) rating of ±20V. The device has a low gate threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V and can still provide excellent on-resistance (RDS(ON)) at low gate drive voltage, which is 9mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 7mΩ at VGS=10V. Its maximum drain current (ID) is 80A, and it uses advanced Trench technology to ensure efficient and reliable performance at high switching frequencies and high current loads.
