**FD123-VB** is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in DIP8 package. It is designed with Trench technology and has excellent electrical characteristics and efficient switching performance. This MOSFET can withstand a drain-source voltage (VDS) of up to 100V and can provide a low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 100mΩ at VGS = 10V and 120mΩ at VGS = 4.5V.
