F7809-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

F7809-VB is a high-efficiency single N-channel MOSFET manufactured using advanced Trench technology and designed for demanding switching applications. The device has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, with an extremely low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 11mΩ at a 4.5V gate drive and 8mΩ at a 10V gate drive. Its continuous drain current capability of up to 13A ensures excellent performance in a variety of high-density power management and switching circuits.
