F6201-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

F6201-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for high current and high-efficiency applications. The MOSFET supports a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, with a gate threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of F6201-VB is 5mΩ at VGS=4.5V, and drops to 4mΩ at VGS=10V, capable of carrying up to 18A of continuous drain current (ID).
