F3706-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

**F3706-VB** is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for low voltage and high current applications. Its drain-source voltage (V_DS) is 20V and the gate-source voltage (V_GS) can reach ±20V. This MOSFET has an extremely low threshold voltage (V_th) ranging from 0.5V to 1.5V, enabling it to be effectively turned on at a lower gate voltage. Using Trench technology, the F3706-VB has excellent on-resistance (R_DS(ON)), which is 5mΩ at a gate voltage of 2.5V and 4mΩ at a gate voltage of 4.5V, and a maximum drain current (I_D) of 100A. These features enable it to excel in applications requiring high current handling and low on-resistance.
