F1404ZG-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

**F1404ZG-VB** is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET in a TO220 package. The MOSFET can withstand a drain-source voltage (V_DS) of up to 40V and supports a gate-source voltage (V_GS) of ±20V. Its threshold voltage (V_th) is 3V, ensuring effective turn-on at a lower gate voltage. The F1404ZG-VB uses Trench technology to achieve a very low on-resistance (R_DS(ON)), which is 15mΩ at a gate voltage of 4.5V and 2mΩ at a gate voltage of 10V.
