DTM4410-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for low voltage and high current applications. With a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of 20V, this MOSFET can operate stably over a wide range. Using advanced Trench technology, DTM4410-VB provides extremely low on-resistance (RDS(ON)), which is 5mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 4mΩ at VGS=10V. This makes it have excellent efficiency when handling high currents. The threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.7V and the drain current (ID) can reach 18A, ensuring its excellent performance in high power applications.
