CEPFZ44-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, suitable for high current and high efficiency power management applications. The maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of CEPFZ44-VB is 60V, and the gate-source voltage (VGS) range is ±20V. Its threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.7V, and the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 11mΩ at a gate voltage of 10V, and 13mΩ at a gate voltage of 4.5V. Its maximum continuous drain current (ID) is 60A.
