CEM9939-VB is a high-performance dual-channel N+P channel MOSFET in SOP8 package. This MOSFET adopts Trench technology to provide efficient power management and switch control capabilities. It integrates two N-channel and two P-channel MOSFETs, capable of supporting a maximum drain-source voltage of ±30V, suitable for medium voltage applications. The threshold voltage of the N-channel MOSFET is 1.6V, and the threshold voltage of the P-channel MOSFET is -1.7V, enabling it to turn on at a lower gate voltage. The on-resistance of CEM9939-VB is 24mΩ (N-channel) and 50mΩ (P-channel) at a gate voltage of 4.5V, and 18mΩ (N-channel) and 40mΩ (P-channel) at a gate voltage of 10V, which provides lower conduction losses. The maximum drain current is ±8A, suitable for handling medium current loads.
