CEM8433-VB is a high-performance P-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, specially designed for low voltage and high current applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is -20V, gate-source voltage (VGS) is ±20V, and has an extremely low threshold voltage (Vth) of -0.6V. Using advanced trench technology (Trench), CEM8433-VB can still provide extremely low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) at low gate-source voltage, making it suitable for efficient switching operation.
