**BSC029N025S G-VB** is a unipolar N-channel power MOSFET in a DFN8 (5x6) package designed for high current and high efficiency applications. The MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and supports a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V. Its threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.7V, with a low on-resistance of 2.5mΩ (VGS=4.5V) and 1.8mΩ (VGS=10V), and can withstand a leakage current of up to 160A.
