AON7202-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in DFN8 (3X3) package. The device is designed for high-performance power management and current control applications, with excellent conduction characteristics and thermal stability. Its main features include 30V drain-source voltage (VDS), ±20V gate-source voltage (VGS) and 1.7V threshold voltage (Vth). When VGS is 10V, its on-resistance is only 3.9mΩ, supporting a maximum drain current (ID) of 60A. Manufactured using Trench technology, it is suitable for electronic system designs that require high performance and reliability.
