AON6516-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in DFN8 (5X6) package, designed for low voltage, high current applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V. When VGS is 10V, its on-resistance is as low as 3mΩ, supporting a maximum drain current (ID) of 120A. Manufactured using Trench technology, it provides excellent conduction performance and thermal stability, and is suitable for a variety of high-performance electronic systems.
