AON3408-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in DFN8 (3X3) package, suitable for medium power and low voltage applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V. When VGS is 10V, its on-resistance is 8mΩ and supports a maximum drain current (ID) of 13A.
