4N0609-VB TO220 MOSFET Product Introduction

The 4N0609-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in a TO220 package. The device features a drain voltage (VDS) of 60V and a gate voltage (VGS) rating of ±20V, with a threshold voltage (Vth) of 3V. It has a very low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of only 5 milliohms at a VGS of 10V and can provide a drain current (ID) of up to 120A.
