4924M-VB is a dual N+N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package. It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V, a gate-source voltage (VGS) of 12V (±), and a threshold voltage (Vth) adjustable from 0.5V to 1.5V. The device is manufactured using Trench technology and has low on-resistance and medium current handling capability, with an on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 19mΩ at VGS of 10V and 26mΩ at VGS of 4.5V.
