3N0616-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package. It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 60V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage of 1.7V. Its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 13mΩ when the gate-source voltage is 4.5V and 11mΩ when the gate-source voltage is 10V. The drain current (ID) can reach 60A. It is manufactured using Trench technology and has high performance and reliability.
