30N03L-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in TO-220 package. It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage of 1.7V. Its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 4mΩ at a gate-source voltage of 4.5V and 3mΩ at a gate-source voltage of 10V. The drain current (ID) can reach 120A. It is manufactured using Trench technology and has high performance and reliability.
