VBE1308 is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in TO252 package. It has excellent electrical characteristics and can handle 30V drain-source voltage (VDS) and ±20V gate-source voltage (VGS). Its threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.5V, and the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is only 7mΩ when VGS=10V, which can provide up to 70A continuous drain current. This device adopts Trench technology, has excellent switching performance and low conduction loss, and is very suitable for various high-efficiency and high-power density applications.
