VBQF1606 is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in DFN8 (3x3) package. This MOSFET is designed for high-efficiency switching applications and supports drain-source voltage (VDS) up to 60V and gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V. VBQF1606 uses advanced Trench technology and has a threshold voltage (Vth) of 3V. At a gate-source voltage of 10V, its on-resistance is as low as 5mΩ and it can handle a continuous drain current (ID) of up to 30A.
