VBN1402 is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in TO-262 package. This MOSFET adopts advanced Trench technology and has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 40V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V. The threshold voltage (Vth) of VBN1402 is 3.3V, and its on-resistance is extremely low at 1.7mΩ at a gate-source voltage of 10V, supporting a continuous drain current (ID) of up to 150A. This makes VBN1402 particularly suitable for high-performance switching applications that require high current handling capability and low conduction losses.
