VBsemi VBQA4317 is a dual P-type FET with negative drain-to-source voltage (-30V) and moderate drain current (-30A). Its gate-source voltage range is ±20V, threshold voltage is -1.7V, and it adopts trench structure technology. When the gate-source voltage is 4.5V, the on-resistance is 21mΩ; when the gate-source voltage is 10V, the on-resistance is 19mΩ. This product is packaged in DFN8(5x6)-B and is suitable for use in medium power applications.
