10DD3L-VB is a dual N-channel + N-channel MOSFET using Trench Technology. It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 60V, a gate-source voltage (VGS, ±V) of 20V, and a gate threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V. At VGS=4.5V, its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 15mΩ, and at VGS=10V it is 12mΩ. The device can provide a maximum drain current (ID) of 10A and is packaged in SOP8.
