VBsemi's VBK162K product is a single N-type field effect transistor suitable for voltage drive applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is 60V, gate-source voltage (VGS) range is ±20V, and threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.7V. The drain-to-source resistance is 4000mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 2000mΩ at VGS=10V. The maximum drain current (ID) is 0A and uses Trench technology. This product is packaged in SC70-3 and is small in size, suitable for compact circuit design.
