Product introduction:

W356-VB is an N+P-Channel trench MOSFET suitable for bipolar applications. Its rated voltage is ±60V and can withstand high voltage fluctuations. The maximum forward current is 5.3A, the maximum reverse current is -4.9A, and the static drain-source resistance is 26/55 (mΩ) at different gate-source voltages, which has excellent current carrying capacity. The threshold voltage is ±1.9V, with stable voltage control characteristics.
