ME4565-VB is an N+P-Channel trench MOSFET with a rated voltage of ±60V and a maximum current of 5.3A (forward), -4.9A (reverse). Its forward on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) is 26/55 (mΩ), and its reverse on-state resistance is, for VGS=10V, 29/60 (mΩ)@VGS=4.5V and VGS=±20V. The gate voltage drop (Vth) is ±1.9V, and the package is SOP8.
