SFS9933-VB is a P-channel power MOSFET launched by VBsemi, with 2 P-channel channels, a rated operating voltage of -30V, and a maximum current of -7.3A. Its on-resistance is 35mΩ, which can provide a lower on-resistance when VGS=10V,45(mΩ)@VGS=4.5V; and VGS=20V. The threshold voltage is -1.7V, suitable for SOP8 package, which is convenient for installation and layout.
