Product introduction:

D2P02-VB is a dual P-Channel power MOSFET with an operating voltage of -30V and a maximum current of -7.3A. Its static drain-source resistance (RDS(ON)) is 35mΩ at both 10V and 20V FET gate voltages, making it suitable for low-voltage drop and high-efficiency applications. The threshold voltage (Vth) is -1.7V, with excellent driving characteristics.
