TPC8125-VB is a P-Channel power MOSFET with excellent performance parameters. The maximum voltage can reach -30V and the maximum current can reach -11.6A. At VGS=10V, 12mΩ@VGS=4.5V; and VGS=±20V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 11mΩ, showing excellent on-characteristics. The threshold voltage Vth is -2.5V, which has the characteristics of sensitive triggering under low voltage conditions.
