HAT1129RJ-VB is a P-Channel MOSFET with a maximum withstand voltage of -30V and a maximum current of -11.6A. When VGS is 10V, 12mΩ@VGS=4.5V; and ±20V, the on-resistance is 11mΩ. The gate-source threshold voltage is -2.5V. The device is packaged in SOP8 and is suitable for high-performance power and power management applications. HAT1129RJ-VB is widely used in circuits requiring high-performance P-Channel MOSFETs. Its low on-resistance and high withstand voltage make it excellent in power switch and amplifier applications.
